  • Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

    Yes. All of our services come with a lifetime warranty and so do all the manufacturer workmanship for authentic components.

  • In case I am not to blame for the accident, will I have to pay extra?

    There is no need for an extra fee to be applied to your insurance claim as long as you have provided all the relevant information regarding the third party. It’s however advisable to ensure you get your own claim in your insurance coverage as this will protect you from the various hassles that come with third party claim of insurance.

  • Which details am I required to submit for smash repairs?

    Camperdown Collision Center requires the following details for smash repairs – your name and the names/number of people involved in the accident, the name of your insurance provider. These are required during the insurance claim process and to make everything fast and run more efficiently.

  • Is there a chance that the quoted costs will change?

    Yes. This is because the cost estimates are determined through a visual examination of the vehicle. If any more damage is discovered after dismantling the vehicle, the cost is bound to change. You however have no cause for change as we discuss any variations with you. Change in price may also occur as a result of increase of price of the parts needed to restore your car.
